Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged / Manufacturing Defects

• Claims for damaged or manufacturing-defective items must be reported within 4 days of delivery.
• Only manufacturing defects will be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, subject to inspection and approval.
• Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect, along with the original tags and packaging.
• Damage caused due to wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or incorrect washing will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
• Original tags must be intact, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Items showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return & Inspection Process

• Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection, which may take up to 3 business days.
• After the inspection is completed and the return or exchange is approved, the replacement order will be dispatched only after the returned item has been received and approved.
• If the inspection determines that the item does not meet the eligibility criteria, the request will be rejected.

Exchange Limit

• Only one exchange is allowed per order.
• Once an exchange has been processed, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again under any circumstances.

Sale & Discounted Items

• Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• The only exception is in the case of a verified manufacturing defect reported within the stated time frame.

Quality Inspection & Approval

• All return and exchange requests are subject to a quality inspection.
• The brand reserves the right to approve or reject any claim if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements.

Important Notes

• Requests raised after the allowed reporting period will not be entertained.
• Shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable.
• If a customer sends an item back without prior approval or after the return/exchange eligibility period has expired, the brand will not be responsible for reshipping or returning the item.
• Customers are advised not to ship any item unless instructed by our support team.
• Threats of negative reviews, social media posts, or public pressure will not influence policy decisions.
