Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery: Rs. 250 (for orders below Rs. 3,000)
Free Delivery: On orders above Rs. 4,000
Note: Delivery charges may vary slightly for remote areas.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.
For remote or rural areas, delivery may take an extra 1–2 days.
Delays
In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, strikes, weather issues, or natural events) may cause delivery delays. Moqlo will not be held liable for delays beyond our control but will assist you in tracking your parcel.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout. Moqlo will not be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message through SMS or email.
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most locations in Pakistan.
Customers are requested to have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
