Moqlo – Return & Exchange Policy
At Moqlo, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Policy
To ensure the availability of your requested product (in terms of size, color, or design), we encourage you to confirm and dispatch your return promptly. We handle regular orders daily, and stock may sell out quickly. Kindly share the courier slip with us on WhatsApp immediately after dispatching your parcel.
Exchange Terms:
Customer Responsibility:
Customers must cover the courier charges when sending items back for exchange.
Moqlo Responsibility:
We will cover courier costs when sending the exchanged item back to the customer.
Courier Pickup:
Our courier partners do not offer pickup services. Customers must personally drop off the parcel at their nearest courier office.
Paired Items:
For items sold as a set (e.g., shirt with trouser, jacket with shorts), the entire set must be returned for exchange. We do not accept exchanges for individual items from a set.
Exchange Notification Period:
Customers must inform us within 3 days of receiving their order to be eligible for an exchange.
If we are notified after this timeframe, Moqlo will not be responsible for handling, storing, or reshipping any returned items.
Note: We do not offer refunds for exchanges. Exchanges are only possible as per the above conditions.
Return Policy
Products purchased from Moqlo can be returned within 4 days of delivery only if:
The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The product does not match the original description or differs from what was ordered.
Return Conditions:
The item must be returned with original tags and without any signs of wear, use, or tampering.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are required to send the product back to Moqlo’s return address at their own expense.
Refunds will only be issued in cases where the wrong item was sent or the product was received damaged or defective.
Refunds are provided for the item, the delivery cost if incurred is not refundable
