Shipping

• Standard delivery: 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
• Need it urgently? Message us and we'll dispatch via TCS Overnight. Overnight courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns/refunds are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item/size sent).
• The item must be sent back unused, untampered, with original tags attached, and free of perfume/deodorant or any scent.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 working days.
• Clearance sale items are final sale — not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Exchanges

• Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if you'd like an exchange.
• Items must be unused, untampered, with tags intact — no signs of wear or scent.
• Customer bears the return shipping cost.
• Clearance sale items are not eligible for exchange.

How to request a return/exchange

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue (if damaged/wrong item).
2. Once approved, ship the item back to us in the original condition.
3. Refund or exchange will be processed after inspection.
