Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Easy Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
• All original tags must be attached.
• The item must be free from perfume, makeup, stains, washing or any other signs of use.
• Please send the product back securely with its original packaging and accessories, if applicable.

Exchange

Want a different size or another item? We’ll be happy to help with an exchange, subject to availability.

Return & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Refunds are only issued after the returned product passes our quality check. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, stained or returned without original tags may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
